Registration Details

1. Full Conference Ticket includes access to the main program sessions, tea breaks, the welcome reception and the banquet (if any), and the conference proceedings from 07-09 November 2024. It includes access to all sessions on these days excluding India HCI Courses and Workshops. The main program sessions include access to both conferences IDID and India HCI keynotes, papers, and other tracks mentioned on this website.
2. One Day Pass includes the above access for ONLY ONE of the chosen dates of the conference—either 07, 08, or 09 November 2024.
3. Student registration includes all of the above access. Individuals who were students as of June 2024 (with a valid student ID) can purchase tickets under this category. Additionally, students have a chance to sign up as a student volunteer and get a refund of their fees.
4. The registration DOES NOT include air tickets, travel allowance, visa charges or accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

The following conditions apply:

1. A 15% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellation requests made on or before October 11, 2024.
2. A 25% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellation requests made from October 12 and November 1, 2024.
3. No refund will be made for cancellation requests made after November 1, 2024.
4. The prevailing Indian Rupee (₹) equivalent will be used to calculate all refunds.
5. Registrations are non-transferable.

Terms & Conditions

1. For International Participants, FOREX rates along with any additional charges will be applicable on the day of the financial transaction.
2. Online payment may include additional charges like taxes, currency conversion charges, transaction fees, etc. These will be charged in addition to the above-mentioned delegate fee.
3. The onus of obtaining a valid travel visa and air tickets lies totally with the individual.
